POLICY

All sales are final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. All orders must be made at least 3 weeks in advance or a rush fee will be applied. The rush fee will equal 25% of the total of your order.

​Orders placed 7 days or less than date needed by, a $50 expedited fee will be applied instead of 25% rush fee. Order must also be paid in full.

A non-refundable deposit will be asked to be paid before any design is created & will be applied to your orders total. With the design fee, you are able to make up to 2 free changes. After the 3rd change is requested, another fee will be applied.

If the order is not fully paid by the due date, the order will be cancelled or an expedited fee of $50 will be applied.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
